Products that are sold in our store are digital goods and can be used only with a valid and active subscription license.
License Terms
License allows you to use a selected digital product on a defined number of domains for a defined period of time, that can be chosen during purchasing of a digital product. It entitles you to a selected number of simultaneous activations on different domains. It allows you to receive customer support and download new versions of the digital product you’ve purchased.
License does not limit a number of subdomains (of the main domain) on which it can be activated. We recommend to use development/staging subdomains instead of completely different domain names.
License does not grant you any ownership of the software source code. It does not allow you to redistribute / reseller / share digital products you’ve received with anybody else. You are not allowed to modify or reuse source code of purchased digital products.
Valid and active license is required for the premium features of a digital product to be operational. Premium features will be automatically disabled after license expiration and they won’t be available without a valid license activation.
Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. In most cases your subscription will automatically renew on your annual renewal date until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) with the selected frequency of your annual contract until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST, HST, PST if the rate does not include it), until you cancel.
We may change your subscription license plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST, HST, PST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan mid-term on your next billing date.
If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we will suspend your subscription license.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel renewal of your subscription at any time by sending us a cancelation request via our Contact Us form. If cancelled min-term then subscription will remain active till the end of the term and won’t be renewed.
