1 hour consulting service blocks can be used for any of your needs within a year from the moment of prepayment. The time needed to resolve your issue is always rounded to 1 hour.
Phone or any screen sharing consultations cost USD $180 per hour.
Please note that phone and screen sharing consultations have to be scheduled in advance by submitting a ticket to 1TeamSoftware.
In addition to that, we offer discounted sponsorship of a single (small to medium complexity) feature development in our existing solutions for USD $650 per feature.

Important Notice
- In order to make sure that 1TeamSoftware can provide the best service to the customers, we will not accept any rush requests or projects with the tight deadline for consulting services.
- Any rude, rushing or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse a service and terminate any unused consulting time blocks, if the customer will violate that rule.
- Consulting services are nonrefundable.
