Per-Role Permissions With Deny-All Default

Every role starts with nothing. Site owners grant read, write and delete per data area on the Permissions matrix — products, orders, posts, media, users — so a content editor's agent can never touch orders, and a shop manager's agent never sees user accounts. A role with access but no permissions connects with a zero-scope token and simply has no tools until granted.

Full Audit Trail and Undo

Every tool call is logged with the client name, the authorizing user, the role, and the exact permission cell used. Writes return an undo token, so a bad bulk edit can be reversed from the audit log instead of a database restore.
