ShipStation recently updated its API policy, limiting access to the original API v1 to only Gold, Scale, and higher volume plan users. If you’re on a lower plan, such as the Starter plan or Growthplan, your API may have already expired, which will cause live shipping rates to stop displaying in your WooCommerce store cart.
To display live rates again, you’ll need to:
- Switch to ShipStation’s API v2
- Update to the latest version of the ShipStation Shipping PRO plugin
⚠️ Important:
Starting May 19, 2005, both API v1 and API v2 will only be available to Gold/Scale and high-volume plan users. If you’re not on one of those higher plans, your API access will be cancelled, and the plugin will no longer work properly.
