In this document we will learn how WordPress Admin can track shipments of WooCommerce shipping plugin.
Tracking number and its last tracking status are displayed on WooCommerce Orders page in Shipment Tracking column.
You can click on the tracking number to open carrier’s (service provider) shipment tracking page.
Tracking number and its last tracking status are displayed on WooCommerce Order page in Shipment box on the right side of the order page.
You can click on the tracking number to open carrier’s (service provider) shipment tracking page.
If you have Auto Tracking feature enabled then Tracking History will be displayed in the Shipment box as well, otherwise you can click on Refresh link and plugin will fetch and display latest tracking details.
Disclaimer:
Please be aware that the ShipStation API currently does not support Auto Tracking feature and status updates for orders shipment.
